I’ll create a report of my findings and draft up a 90-day optimization plan to help you maximize quick wins and set you up for long-term success. I’ll also provide consulting for you and your team during the audit process.
Consulting Retainer
I’ll provide consulting to you and your team on how to maximize the potential in your operations. I’ll provide insight and support in resolving bottlenecks and enhancing the performance in all 4 pillars of your operations. We’ll get on at least one call per week and you and your team will have access to me through Slack.
Operations Management
